Ether Telegrams, 2001

Ether Telegrams is a full stage multidisciplinary performance incorporating masked performers, bunraku figures, and film.  Based on three ghost stories by Edith Wharton, Ether Telegrams explores the realm of the uncanny in the mundane world.  A letter arriving years late, a stranger glimpsed on the road, a silent radio suddenly alive with sound; the accumluation of unusual events creates a sense of compression.
